The software is flexible to accommodate multiple locations and establish partnerships with preferred Medical Providers.
The Sensia Tech Electronic Medical Record (EMR) provides a wide range of services including Primary Care, Urgent Care, comprehensive Wellness programs, Occupational Medicine, Worker’s Compensation, Medical Surveillance, Central Scheduling, and more.
The Sensia Tech EMR can be utilized in shared and onsite clinic settings, simplifying registration for Client Employees and their families. Direct Portal access is provided for Employees, family members, designated Client representatives, and assigned Medical Providers.
Feature-Rich Functionality
Key Features of the Sensia Tech EMR include the ability to create custom Encounter Types, Forms, and Templates for each Client. Multiple Dashboards covering Employee Safety, Human Resources, Employee Health, and Clinic Utilization provide real-time reports with selective access by authorized personnel. Detailed reports including Return On Investment and Service Utilization are able to be generated for the Client by location and as a whole.

The Sensia Tech Occupational Health EMR empowers Employees with direct access to a range of Employer-selected medical services. Each Employee is allocated a confidential Personal Portal Page where they can conveniently schedule appointments with Medical Providers and access test results. Importantly, no Personal Health Information is shared with the Employer.
Custom Experience
Depending on the Employer's choices, Employees can benefit from various Wellness services such as Health Risk Assessments with biometric testing, a Wellness Scorecard, an Educational Library, and regular Health Coaching. Additionally, referrals to other Medical Providers, discounted pharmacy services, and an Employee Assistance Program are available as needed. Employees can also report work injuries or incidents directly to their supervisor for prompt medical attention.
