The Sensia Tech Occupational Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is uniquely designed to cater to Clients within and outside a hospital system. The software covers a wide range of services including Occupational Medicine, Employee Health, Worker’s Compensation, Urgent/Primary Care, Medical Surveillance, Wellness programs, and more. The software is designed for use in standalone clinics and onsite facilities, simplifying Client and Employee registration and service delivery. Direct Portal access is provided for Medical Providers, designated Client representatives, and Clients' Employees. Employees can also report work injuries or incidents directly to their supervisor for prompt medical attention.
For Internal Clients
The Sensia Tech Employee Health Medical Surveillance feature assigns each Employee a job title to which are assigned designated surveillance activities while generating an appointment calendar. The Employees receive any required forms electronically in advance of their scheduled appointments, with automated reminders sent 30 days, one week, and one day before appointments. All results are electronically recorded and accessible to Employees through their Personal Portal.
For External Clients
The Sensia Tech AI-powered Hands-Free™ feature enables direct conversations between Medical Providers and Employees, with verbal recordings transcribed into standard medical notes for review and editing. Relevant ICD-10 and CPT codes are suggested based on encounter types. The Hands-Free™ feature allows the Medical Providers to spend more time with their patients, and less time with their computer.
Tailored to Your Needs
The Sensia Tech EMR allows for quick adaptation by Providers who will become comfortable with the software within one day of use. Custom Encounter Types, Forms, and Templates can be created for each Client. Reporting Dashboards covering Employee Safety, Human Resources, Employee Health, and Clinic Utilization provide real-time reports with selective access by authorized personnel. Detailed reports including Return On Investment and Service Utilization are able to be generated for each Client.
